Casa Ford has been serving our local community, and has come to be known as a household name, a part of El Paso, since 1969. Due to the high volume staff, customers, and vehicular traffic, the renovation of the original dealership became a phased project. Despite the inherent challenges, the brothers were committed to elevating their award winning dealership to the corporate standards that new dealerships adopted. At the forefronts of their mind were not only operational efficiencies, and continuing to attract their key markets, but focusing on creating positive work environments everyone could look forward to.
