MNK designed UMC’s first regional primary care clinic. The Northeast Clinic set the tone for the programming, and the aesthetics of UMC clinics that would follow it in years to come. The Northeast Clinic was designed focusing on the patient experience. It was planned with the goal of providing medical services that outpatients require on a routine basis, in a professional, state-of-the-art facility. The Northeast Clinic project consisted of an addition to the existing building which included a full service Imaging Suite, with MRI and CT capabilities; a Rehabilitation Center with an indoor hydrotherapy pool; a Women’s Healthcare Clinic; a Pain Management Clinic; a Primary Care Clinic; a lab; pharmacy: and an administrative suite.
