The Ysleta Young Women’s Leadership Academy renovations included a three-phase master plan which includes campus-wide improvements and new construction. Phase I represents the Young Women’s Leadership Academy’s highest priorities of providing a space where young women can receive a STEM focused curriculum that promotes Leadership, Career Readiness, and Life Skills. To achieve this goal MNK designed STEM and Science Lab renovations that are engaging and stimulate learning. Improvements to the administration area, renovations of a restroom and locker room were also done to create an ideal learning environment. We are very proud of our contribution to the project as it provides a place where girls of different backgrounds or socioeconomic status, have the same opportunity to excel.
