Rogelio brings a strong attention to detail to his work in Construction Administration (CA), ensuring that every aspect of a project is carefully reviewed and executed with precision. He is highly attentive, organized, and committed to maintaining quality throughout the construction process. His ability to identify inconsistencies and follow through on project requirements makes him a reliable and valuable member of the team.

Outside of his professional work, Rogelio has a passion for painting and the arts. He enjoys expressing creativity through visual mediums, finding inspiration in color, composition, and form. This artistic perspective complements his professional approach, allowing him to bring both technical accuracy and creative insight to our architectural endeavors.

Ricardo brings a strong passion for architecture and design, with a particular interest in interior design and the way spaces influence human experience. He enjoys exploring how form, material, and light come together to create thoughtful and functional environments.

Outside of his professional work, Ricardo has a deep appreciation for restorative rest, often valuing the intentional act of reclining and allowing the body and mind to enter a state of full recovery and cognitive reset. This balance between creativity and renewal supports his ability to approach projects with clarity and fresh perspective, making him a valuable contributor to our architectural endeavors.

Naiti is a professional at MNK Architects, actively pursuing licensure through AXP. She brings strong design and technical skills to educational and civic projects. Known for her curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, Naiti excels in coordination, documentation, and team support. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring El Paso, hiking, and cooking.

He is the office’s go-to BIM expert — a true powerhouse when it comes to Building Information Modeling. Precise, analytical, and highly detail-oriented, he brings complex designs to life with efficiency and technical mastery. His deep understanding of BIM workflows and coordination makes him an essential asset to every project team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and seamless collaboration across disciplines.

Outside the office, he channels that same discipline and focus into running, one of his favorite hobbies. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he also enjoys fútbol and never misses the opportunity to follow a great match. With both technical excellence and personal drive, he embodies the perfect balance of expertise and energy.
