MNK designed this architectural project at a key time in place in Carnitas Queretaro’s history, as they had recently commissioned a new logo, were promoting their own line of tequila, and updated their website. The new design conveys Queretaro with a contemporary, well-branded twist. Taking inspiration from Queretaro’s well-preserved colonial architecture and famous aqueduct, we established an instantly recognizable style with distinguishable features for the new location, such as using contemporary Mexican accent colors, brick masonry walls, wood floors, and handcrafted metal work.
