Our work included conceptually rendering multiple fire stations, a police and fire training academy, police headquarters, and municipal service centers, as well as the offices of the Department of Public Health. The proposition—the conceptual renders —was used for the City of El Paso to issue bonds for permanent public improvements and public purposes in order to promote the health, safety and welfare of the City’s residents. This proposition provided for the acquiring, planning, designing, constructing, renovating, improving, and expanding existing and new police department facilities, including a new shared training facility, acquiring land and rights-of-way necessary, the replacement of vehicles, and acquiring and installing public art related to the facilities.
